The St. Petersburg International Legal Forum (SPILF) press centre is a multifunctional space where representatives of the media can work in comfort.

The press centre is located on site on the 2nd floor (zone F2) of the ExpoForum.

Representatives of the media and information partners accredited for SPILF who have picked up their badge from the accreditation point are welcome to work in the press centre.

Media workspace

The workspace is located on the 2nd floor of the ExpoForum (zone F2).

There are 94 workstations in the media workspace, 8 equipped with computers, and all come equipped with LAN ports. Wi-Fi is also available in the press centre with high-speed Internet access.

Workstations for media members and organizations may be occupied on a first come, first served basis.

Live broadcasts of the plenary session and other Forum business events will be organized for the media in the workspace during SPILF.

An updated programme of press events will be added in the ‘Media’ section of legalforum.info on 18 May 2025, where the place, time, and theme of press events planned by Forum participants at SPILF will be published together with announcements.

Food

There is a restaurant next to the media workspace (Congress Centre, 2nd floor) where media representatives can get coffee throughout the day and hot meals at lunchtime and in the evening.

Facilities for press events

Press point

The press point is located in the 1st floor foyer near conference hall D1 and is intended for communication between official SPILF programme participants and media representatives.

Equipment: a branded SPILF banner (backdrop), sound system, press box, radio microphones, lighting equipment.

Use of the press point is provided free of charge, with requests to be submitted no later than 3 hours before the event planned:

Agreement signing ceremony point

The point for signing ceremonies is located on the 1st floor of the passage, near the Russian Ministry of Justice stand (zone F).

Equipment: a branded SPILF banner (backdrop), 4-seat presidium, sound system, radio microphones, lighting equipment.

The signing point and protocol and organizational support for ceremonies can be reserved for a fee. For more details on the terms and conditions of the services, see the ‘Services’ section / Organizing and holding a press event.

Applications to reserve the signing point will be accepted up to 15 May 2025.

Information services

There is an information and services point for media representatives in the press centre (Congress Centre, 2nd floor), providing information about the current press programme, services offered, event announcements, and other relevant information.

Free shuttles have been organized for participants and members of the media for the duration of the Forum. The schedule will be published in the ‘Services’ / ‘Shuttles’ section on the official website along with more details closer to the Forum.

Broadcast

All Forum business programme events can be viewed in Russian and English in real time on the legalforum.info website in the Business programme section and on the Roscongress Foundation website (SPILF, Programme).

Live broadcasts of the plenary session and other Forum business programme events will be displayed on screens in the press centre (in the media workspace) in Russian. Portable radios for simultaneous interpretation from English will be available at the entrances to the event halls.
